Phillips's stunning image,

Welcome to the world little Rocky!

I am so excited that I get to photograph another little one from this wonderful family!

I met Lara and Dan when they had their first son, Marty 3 years ago. Such a beautiful little boy...I really love it when clients turn into friends. I am thrilled to say that I get to capture his new little brother Rocky's first year! I'm really looking forward to watching how much these boys grow in the next year! Can you believe it's 2012 already?

Where did the last year go?

I'm excited to see who will end up in front of my lens over the next few months!

I wanted to be sure that everyone noted that my prices changed ever so slightly.

I really try to keep things affordable for everyone but I have to pay my bills too :)

I've already booked all of my Saturdays in January & February but I have plenty of mid week appointments that are still available if you would like to book something.

Introducing Baby Braylen!

I was so happy to meet this little man.

Efridge and Reina now have a gorgeous baby boy...

I loved this session!

He was sooo good for me the day of this shoot. He didn't give me any trouble and let me pose him however I wanted & everything. As long as we kept his tummy full and turned my little heater on him he was happy as could be. Don't you just love those dimples?! This will be one well loved little boy!

Baby Braylen's grandfather is a firefighter and I was so happy that Reina brought his helmet. Braylen was snug as a bug sleepin' in it. So cute!

We captured lots of sweet sleepy shots and then after a while he decided he would wake up and stare right into my camera lens for me. Just a bundle of cuteness! Here are a few of my favorites.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph three beautiful high school senior girls, Amanda, Kristen & Amanda.

All three of these shoots were sooo much fun!

~AMANDA~

Amanda is actually the daughter of an old high school friend of mine that I had not seen in about 20 years!

What a treat to be able to see Lorrie again, to meet and photograph her gorgeous daughter, and spend the afternoon together bouncing around to different locations. It was a great afternoon! I loved laughing with you both.

~KRISTEN~

Kristen was so fun to work with! Her and her mom came prepared with Kristen's outfits all ready to pick from. I think she did a great job chosing! She's got amazing blue eyes & a beautiful smile...

~AMANDA~

And last, but not least...Amanda. Such a funny girl. We giggled quite a bit that day. She was great about being adventurous too when we had some trouble getting to one of my secret locations she was totally on board trampling through whatever it took to get there! She was in the mud, murky water and I even made her to lay across the train tracks. lol All of this while strumming on her guitar. Super fun shoot! A big "thank you" to her mama for being a stellar "Reflector Girl"! Great job.

First off, I owe my blog an appology...

I've negected it for several MONTHS! I do have an excuse though! I was soooo busy photographing beautiful families, gorgeous high school seniors, happy puppies and some really stunning newborn babies!

Meet baby Gunnar!

This is definitely a well loved baby...

This little peanut was a lot of fun to photograph.

He was awake when he needed to be and slept long enough for

me to get a few of those sweet shots all snuggled up. I really enjoyed meeting his parents & appreciated how relaxed and easy going they were to work with. Here's a little taste of what we were able to capture.

I'm so excited to share these!
Here is a little peek at Briana's senior portraits. We had such a great time on this shoot.
Lots of giggling! It was really toasty that day, near 100 degrees, but Bri was quite a little trooper! She looked beautiful & we were really happy with the images we were able to capture.

I'm pretty sure my blog hates me... I need to show it a little love.
I've been soooo bad about updating it. It's just been such a busy time the last few months. I have good intentions but...graduations, parties, family events, new puppy...BUSY!
So here is a little bit of what I've been working on the past couple of months. I've had some really beautiful families to photograph, that's for sure! Here's the proof!

So some of you may be wondering what has been keeping me so busy the past couple of months. Well... we have a new addition to our family. A baby dog...Dash, our new Labrador retriever. He's almost 16 weeks old now and he's been sooo much fun! He's just a wonderful little puppy...such a little love bug! Our other Lab, Jetta, wasn't really sure what to do with him at first but, she seems to finally love him! They are doing great together. I love watching them play! I've taken a million photographs of this little guy but I will spare you all and just show off a few. I am really surprised at how attached I am to him already. I think he's going to be a great dog.

Thanks for letting me share! They say Labs are like potato chips, you can't have just one. I am finding that to be true! ha ha

Alex is so much fun to photograph...

I did her portraits about a year ago and we had such a good time!

This time was no different. I was sooo happy when her father contacted me to photograph her again this year! I love that she's so easy to make giggle...and let me tell you we did a LOT of giggling during this shoot! Alex can have so many different looks and she has beautiful blue eyes! She's a great kid with wonderful parents. (I actually went to high school with Alex's daddy.) Here are just a few of my favorites...

I am so excited to show off some images from this shoot...

This one was very special. My brother recently became a father which, as you have probably figured out by now, made me an Auntie! Tom & Gabrielle had twins! A sweet little boy, Adam and a beautiful little girl, Shoshanna. They are just perfect. We're all getting a kick out of how they look like miniature versions of their parents! ha ha

It's been such an exciting time. I've loved seeing my family together and I've really enjoyed seeing how happy my little brother is. I'm sure they will be great parents to my niece and nephew. I will be photographing their first year. (I know, big surprise there, huh?) I am really looking forward to watching them grow. Here are just a few of my fav's from our session. It doesn't get much cuter than this...

Sweet little McKynzee, just a few days old here. What an EASY session this one was. She was practically perfect! She slept when I needed her to sleep and she was awake just long enough to gaze right into my camera lens just at the right time! Such a good little baby. This little one is our new niece! My brother in law's daughter, so it was pretty special to be able to be the one to photograph her. Here is just a sampling of what we captured.

I've been pretty busy around here and the old blog gets lost in the shuffle lately.
Starting to look a bit more like Spring around here! I'm looking forward to scheduling sessions with some greenery and color soon!

I realized after showing off the image in my last post that I had not blogged any other images from that session. They are definately worth sharing! I love this family. They are so wonderful to work with. You may recognize this curly headed, freckle faced boy from a family shoot I did in San Francisco a couple of years ago. He is a such a doll. That particular session ended up being one of my favorite shoots that year! Well... they recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Amelia, into their family and I was thrilled when Tammy called me to capture some images of her gorgeous children! I love that my clients become friends.

After a wonderful vacation, I am back to work and finally getting caught up on my editing! YAY! So many images to share!
